History of Osgood Schlatter
Osgood-Schlatter syndrome is a condition that affects the knee joint in adolescents and young adults. It is named after the two physicians who first described the condition, Dr. Robert Bayley Osgood and Dr. Carl B. Schlatter.
The syndrome was first reported in the early 20th century, but it was not until the 1970s that it began to receive significant attention from medical professionals.
